The Market frying pan, made from cast aluminium with a non-stick coating, is resistant to wear and scratches. It is compatible with all heat sources, including induction, and has a 6 mm diffuser bottom that ensures even temperature distribution. The handle, made of beech wood, is removable and FSC-certified, which allows the frying pan to be used in ovens up to 220º C without the handle, making it ideal for a variety of recipes both on the hob and in the oven.
